أعلنت شركة أتون ريسورسز الكندية، عن مجموعة من النتائج المثيرة لأخذ العينات السطحية من منطقة امتياز أبو مروات، مما يمنحها ثقة حقيقية لبرنامج الحفر الإقليمي الذي بدأ الآن، حيث تم أخذ العينات خلال الأشهر الماضية .

كشف تجاري جديد للذهب في أبو مروات

قال خافيير أوردوانا مدير الاستكشاف، بشركة آتون: « نواصل المضي قدمًا في تحقيق هدفنا الرئيسي لعام 2023 ، وهو طلبنا للحصول على رخصة التعدين في منطقة امتياز أبو مرات، حيث أن برامج اختبار المعادن قد اكتملت تقريبًا، وسيكون الإصدار المتوقع لرخصة التعدين في أبو مروات لحظة تحول بالنسبة لشركة آتون ، ونحن نواصل العمل عن كثب مع شركائنا في وزارة البترول وهيئة الثروة المعدنية المصرية لتحقيق هذا الهدف المشترك» .

منطقة  West Garida

كما أشار «خافيير»، إلى أن آتون قامت بالحفر فى منطقة  West Garida وهو بداية برنامج الحفر الاستكشافى الإقليمي لدينا، حيث نخطط لحفر حوالي 10،000 متر في 5 أو 6 مناطق مختلفة فى مناطق الامتياز الخاصة بنا، وحصلنا على نتيجة جيدة جدًّا.

41 جرام ذهب فى الطن

منطقة West Garida، والتي لا تبعد سوى 3 كيلومترات عن منطقة حمامة الغربية التابعة للشركة، حيث  وجدنا 41 غرامًا للطن من الذهب في إحدى الآبار، وهو أمر مشجع للغاية

نقل الحفار إلى منطقة أبو جهاريش

كما قال مدير الاستكشاف، إنه بعد الانتهاء من برنامج West Garida ، سيتم نقل الحفار إلى منطقة أبو جهاريش، حيث تقع أبو جهاريش على بعد حوالي 16 كيلومترًا شرقًا شمال شرق معسكر الاستكشاف الرئيسي للشركة في رودروين ، ويمكن الوصول إليها عبر مسارات صحراوية صعبة،  وتم التخطيط لبرنامج مؤقت مكون من 28 حفرة لمساحة إجمالية 4040 مترا بمنطقة أبو جهاريش، ونحن  نعتقد أن أبو جهاريش هو نظير لرواسب السكري ذات المستوى العالمي،  وقامت آتون بأخذ عينات سطحية مكثفة في أبو جهاريش.

منطقة سمنة

وعن منطقة سمنة قال خافيير، أنه تم تصميم برنامج آخر من 17 حفرة بإجمالي 3600 متر في منطقة سمنة ، والتي سيتم حفرها بعد الانتهاء من الحفر ى أبو جهاريش، وتقع سمنة على بعد حوالي 10 كيلومترات شمال غرب أبو جهاريش، تتمتع منطقة سمنة بتاريخ طويل من التنقيب عن الذهب ، خلال العصور القديمة والحديثة ، ويعود تاريخها إلى فترة المملكة القديمة ، أي منذ أكثر من 4500 عام.

منطقة  تعدين رودروين

كما أضاف خافيير أنه تم اكتشاف منطقة  تعدين رودروين في نهاية عام 2017، ونعتقد أن منطقة امتياز رودروين هو أول اكتشاف للذهب الجديد في مصر منذ 100 عام، فقد وجدنا الكثير من الذهب على سطح التربة، حيث ستكون منطقة رودروين من مناطق الامتياز التى سيتم إعلان الكشف التجارى بها قريبا.

منطقة حمامة

وأشار خافيير أوردوانا، إلى أنه بعد اكتشاف عدد كبير من عروق الذهب على سطح التربة، بدأنا ببرنامج حفر في عام 2018 باستخدام آلات الحفر RC percussion،  ونوع التعدين هنا مشابه لما نراه في حمامة، وبشكل عام، فإن التعدين هنا يشمل عدة أنواع من المعادن بمختلف المستويات، بما في ذلك الذهب والفضة والنحاس والزنك، وسوف ندرس إمكانية استخراج الذهب والفضة والنحاس والزنك من هذا المكان.

اكتشاف الذهب على سطح التربة

وأوضح أنه من ضمن المناطق ايضا التى سيكون بها كشف تجارى قريبا هى منطقة غرب حمامة حيث تم الانتهاء من اعمال الحفر بها واكتشاف الذهب على سطح التربة، فقد قمنا بحفر الثقوب وانتهينا من أعمال الحفر والاختبارات وارسال العينات للمعامل وبمجرد البدء فى مشروع الانتاج سيكون لدينا منجم تعدين للذهب من اليوم الأول، كما يمكن القول أن منطقة غرب حمامة ستكون أقرب مشروع لأعلان الكشف التجارى بها عن الذهب، حيث يعمل مستشارينا فى استراليا والمملكة المتحدة لدعم الكشف التجارى الذى من المحتمل أن يكون خلال الأشهر المقبلة.

Temporary 28-hole

 The Exploration Manager said that after the completion of the West Garida program, the rig will be moved to the Abu Gaharish area, as Abu Gaharish is located about 16 kilometers east-northeast of the company’s main exploration camp in Rudruin, and it can be reached through difficult desert roads, and a program has been planned.  Temporary 28-hole for a total area of ​​4,040 meters in the Abu Gaharish area, we believe that Abu Gaharish is a counterpart to the world-class Sukari deposits, and Aton did extensive surface sampling in Abu Gaharish

Regarding the Samna area

Javier said that another program of 17 holes with a total of 3,600 meters has been designed in the Samna area, which will be drilled after the completion of drilling in Abu Gaharish

Samna is located about 10 kilometers northwest of Abu Gaharish. The Samna area has a long history of  Gold prospecting, during ancient and modern times, dating back to the Old Kingdom period, more than 4,500 years ago

 Javi, added that the Rodroin mining area was discovered at the end of 2017, and we believe that the Rodroin concession area is the first discovery of new gold in Egypt in 100 years, as we have found a lot of gold on the surface

Where the Rodroin region will be one of the concession areas, in which the commercial disclosure will be announced soon

 Javier Orduana indicated that, after discovering a large number of gold veins on the surface, we started a drilling program in 2018 using RC percussion drilling machines, and the type of deposit here is similar to what we see in Hamama, and in general, mining here includes several types of minerals of different types including gold, silver, copper and zinc, and we will study the possibility of extracting gold, silver, copper and zinc from this place

He explained that among the areas also that will have a commercial discovery soon is the West Hamama area, where drilling work has been completed and gold has been discovered on the surface of the deposit
